I’m in the home stretch! I’ve successfully completed 21 days of Whole30! Woohoo, I didn’t even think I’d make it this far but here we are. I’ve passed up the early girl scout cookies, the quick pantry snacks, and kettle corn at the home show yesterday…darn you kettle corn.
I’ll be doing a full review of the 30 days when I actually complete it but spoiler alert did you seen my video?
One of my favorite meals this past week was the chipotle mayo beef sliders!
Another super easy meal on the go was boiled eggs and homemade turkey apple sausage. I’ll be making these again this week!
Really though I’m starting to notice some improvements, more sustained energy, less cravings, and I don’t feel the need to snack as much which are all good things!
